The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for driving growth, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our clients' online presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Ideal Profile
Essential Requirements:
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
- At least 8 years experience in this field
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
