**Technicien Support H/F - Grenoble, France
**Ce poste en CDD de 6 mois **est basé à proximité de Grenoble (Meylan, France). Le poste est rattaché
à la Directrice Adjointe des Opérations.
**VOTRE MISSION**:
Au côté de l'équipe Support, vous serez notamment appelé(e) à:
Être en relation avec le helpdesk externalisé (support niveau 1)
Participer aux réunions opérationnelles
Traiter les demandes de service liées à notre solution logicielle
Participer à la résolution des incidents
Assurer le suivi de vos tickets et le respect des SLAs
Maintenir à jour la base de connaissance relative aux activités Support
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+2 en informatique ;
Vous disposez d'une première expérience en support ;
Vous avez la capacité de vous adapter à l'évolution des priorités et de respecter les délais ;
Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler avec une
équipe et des contributeurs de différentes cultures et pays ;
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (écrit et oral) ;
Autres qualités recherchées : bon relationnel et bonne communication, rigueur, forte capacité
d'analyse et de synthèse, résistance à la pression
