**MISSIONS**

Soutenir le développement, l'adaptation et la mise en œuvre continus de la stratégie Marketing de la marque NARS dans la région EMEA afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de profits et d'augmenter ses parts de marché.

Focus sur les marchés UK, Allemagne, entre autres.

Focus sur le réseau Online pour toute la région (DTC et E-retail) en lien avec les équipes « expertes ».

**RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES**
- MARKETING
- Adapter le calendrier innovation Global Marketing aux enjeux des marchés et des retailers en charge.
- Faciliter sa mise en œuvre 360 en sachant saisir en continu les opportunités d'animation omni-canal.
- Soutenir la Responsable Marketing et la Brand Manager lors des forecasts innovations n+1 (potentiel, prévisions des ventes etc.) en s'appuyant sur les analyses/synthèses de ses marchés/retailers (NPD, data CRM/retailers etc.).
- PILOTAGE MARCHES
- Coordonner et consulter les équipes marketing locales de NARS.
- S'assurer que les briefs/besoins du marché sont compris et transmis aux équipes global.
- Faciliter le déploiement et la bonne mise en place des outils développés par le Global et la région (media, POSM, etc.).
- Identifier et exploiter les opportunités retailers/locales pour soutenir la marque (Innovation, animation, exclusivité retailer etc.).
- COORDINATION RHQ (REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS)
- En collaboration avec les équipes « expertes » online, merchandising, media etc. (focus DTC et e-retail), s'assurer de la performance et du déploiement de la marque en ligne avec la stratégie Global et région.
- Suivre avec les équipes supply de la livraison OTIF (On Time In Full) de toutes les initiatives de la marque sur ses marchés (Innovation, POSM, Merchandising, outils d'animation etc.).
- COMMUNICATION/REPORTING
- Assurer la réalisation et l'envoi de la communication marque auprès des équipes RHQ et marchés (« mémo » hebdomadaire, best practices etc.).
- Consolider les rapports de la marque (retail sales mensuels, « A » launch etc.) avec toute l'équipe et garant de l'envoi au Global et à la région.

**PROFIL**
- Titulaire d'un diplôme de commerce pertinent
- 2 à 3 d'expériences à un poste similaire
- Anglais courant
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, grande autonomie, flexibilité ainsi que analyse, synthèse, reporting
- À l'aise avec le fait de travailler dans un environnement en évolution constante avec une structure matricielle
- Maîtrise d'Outlook, de Word, d'Excel et de PowerPoint
- Alignement sur les principes de fonctionnement « Trust 8 » du Groupe : Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable et Applaud Success
