Apprenti(E) Business Relationship Management

L'équipe étant divisée en 2 domaines d'activités interconnectés (gestion de projets d'innovation et continuité de ces projets une fois livrés en tant que produit), les domaines sont très liés et l'apprenti(e) sera amené à travailler ou être donc en contact avec l'ensemble du service.
La mission portera principalement sur les thématiques projets suivants:
- Projets de déploiement de nouveaux outils de mobilité pour les métiers de la Piste ou du Pôle Client
- Mise en place de nouvelles connectivités dédiée pour les opérationnels dans les aéroports de Charles de Gaulle ou Orly
- Participation à des projets de tracking dans l'univers bagage
- Projets d'infrastructure et d'innovation IT transverses divers
L'environnement du service étant commun à Air France et KLM, certains projets seront gérés en Anglais. Un bon niveau d'anglais est donc nécessaire.
Votre mission sous l'encadrement de votre maître d'apprentissage consistera à:
- Participer, le cas échéant, aux différentes phases de préparation du projet (création d'un budget, du planning, recueil des besoins métier )
- Suivre et vérifier l'avancement du projet (qualité/coût/délai) et le respect du cahier des charges
- Mettre en place des reportings et des états d'avancement sur le ou les projets suivis
- Communiquer sur l'avancée du projet
- Assurer le suivi budgétaire du projet
- Assurer le planning et garantir que la qualité du projet est conforme aux besoins exprimés par nos métiers opérationnels
**Profil recherché**:
Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école d'ingénieur ou en master informatique/gestion de projet et vous recherchez un apprentissage.
Vous êtes:
- Rigoureux (se), dynamique, vous aimez le travail en équipe.
- Autonome, curieux (se) et avez l'esprit d'initiative
Vous avez:
- Un attrait pour les domaines technologiques et l'univers opérationnel d'une grande compagnie aérienne
- Un bon relationnel, le sens du client
- Une première expérience en gestion de projets
- Un bon niveau d'anglais (nécessaires lors des réunions, ateliers, lecture/rédaction de documentations..)
