ENTER THE GAME
Au sein de l'équipe de développement, vous serez en charge du pilotage de projets transverses, c'est-à-dire de projets auxquels de nombreuses équipes y participent.
Dans ce cadre, votre rôle principal sera :
- Cadrer, organiser et coordonner les projets
- Assurer la réussite de la livraison des produits et features ainsi que leur qualité, en accord avec les besoins fonctionnels, dans les délais décidés
- Assurer un management opérationnel des équipes le temps du projet
- Etre l'interlocuteur principal du projet vis-à-vis des équipes et de la direction
- Intervenir sur des projets de domaines variés en fonction des priorités
YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC
Vos missions principales seront réparties en 3 grands axes :
- Management transverse :- Coordonner les tâches (cadrage, conception, développement et test) auprès des équipes participant au projet
- Piloter l'équipe projet si une équipe dédiée est créée pour celui-ci
- Assurer un management opérationnel des intervenants du projet (responsables Tribe ou Squad, Développeurs, SRE, Sécurité, IT Worplace) tout en tenant compte des priorités des équipes
- Superviser les intervenants externes dans le cadre du projet
- Gestion de projet :- Coordonner l'équipe projet via un process de delivery agile
- Participer à la phase d'analyse avec tous les acteurs
- Réaliser les spécifications du projet si nécessaire
- S'assurer que la conception technique du projet respecte les principes d'architecture définis
- Organiser et réaliser la phase de tests avec les équipes
- Suivre le planning, le budget et les risques du projet
- Assurer un suivi du projet après mise en production
- Alerter sur les risques et les problèmes
- Proposer des solutions et des arbitrages si nécessaire
- Communication :- Communiquer régulièrement à tous les acteurs sur l'avancement du projet
- Organiser et piloter un comité de pilotage du ou des projets
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Des collaborateurs avec une bonne dose d'énergie, du respect et de la bienveillance, un peu de zèle et une réelle passion pour la réalisation de la mission de Betclic
Ce rôle est pour vous si :
- Doté d'une expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire dans un contexte agile, vous maitrisez la méthodologie de projet tech (Safe par exemple) et les outils de gestion de projet comme Jira, Trello
- Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances techniques et une compréhension globale du développement informatique, des systèmes IT, de la sécurité et des technologies d'infrastructure en cloud.
- Véritable team player, vous êtes capable de guider naturellement les collaborateurs impliqués dans le projet, vers la solution que vous avez choisi. En ce sens, vous savez écouter et dialoguer en ayant un esprit d'initiative et créatif.
- Vous êtes autonome et capable d'une montée en compétence rapide sur des sujets très variés.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités d'organisation et de rigueur.
- Et enfin, vous parlez couramment anglais
WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
- Si ta candidature est sélectionnée, tu seras contacté par Etienne sous une semaine pour une préqualification RH (30 minutes)
- Nous te demanderons ensuite de réaliser le Test AssessFirst (personnalité, motivations et réflexion)
- Tu rencontreras ensuite Lionel, VP Engineering, et futur manager, puis Benoit CTO.
- Enfin, Etienne te recevra en entretien final RH et vous débrieferez ensemble ton Test AssessFirst
