**_A l'issue d'un accompagnement et d'une formation pratique de 4 semaines :_**
Tu animes au quotidien l'équipe en vente, en leur transmettant ton gout du commerce.
Tu accompagnes tes collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences afin de favoriser leur évolution.
Tu pilotes au quotidien les différents indicateurs (panier moyen, CA, pertes) et mets en place des actions pour l'amélioration continue de ton magasin.
Tu recrutes les membres de ton équipe en collaboration avec l'adjoint responsable magasin et le responsable production.
Tu assures régulièrement l'ouverture ou la fermeture du magasin et intervient sur la mise en rayon des produits.
Tu veilles à la sécurité des mouvements d'argent (procédure caisse, remise au convoyeur de fonds)
Tu gères l'approvisionnement ainsi que les stocks de marchandises.
Tu effectues la gestion administrative de ton équipe : Planning, absences, embauche
Tu es garant de l'image de notre marque.
Dynamique, réactif et solidaire, tu fais preuve d'esprit d'équipe pour soutenir l'activité du magasin.
Tu as un gout prononcé pour le management.
Tu aimes former et transmettre tes compétences, délègues et communiques avec tes équipes.
Tu as le sens du commerce et tu es animé par le goût de la performance, orienté résultats.
- Conditions:
CDI 40h/semaine
Période d'essai de 3 mois renouvelable 1 fois (2 mois)
Salaire : € brut 12 mois + 1/2 13ème mois au bout de 3 ans d'ancienneté et un 13ème mois complet au bout de 5 ans. Primes sur Panier Moyen
