Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée dans les travaux maritimes qui développe des projets clés en main dans le monde entier. Afin d'accompagner son développement, nous recrutons un Chef de Projet Ingénierie d'Installation pour un projet de 12 à 18 mois. Le projet consiste en l'installation d'un système d'amarrage offshore pour un navire en eaux peu profondes, comprenant le transport offshore, le levage, l'installation de risers flexibles, le forage de pieux de fondation et le commissioning. Responsabilités du Chef de Projet Ingénierie d'Installation: Superviser l'équipe de méthodes d'installation, composée généralement de deux/trois responsables de méthodes affectés à chaque lot d'installation, de dessinateurs et d'analystes. Définir la liste des livrables d'ingénierie d'installation. Identifier la quantité de ressources qualifiées et expérimentées à allouer dans sa zone pour l'exécution des tâches d'ingénierie détaillée. Élaborer le calendrier d'ingénierie détaillé dans le cadre du planning général, en contrôler le progrès et en rendre compte régulièrement au Chef de Projet Ingénierie. Suivre le développement des livrables d'ingénierie d'installation et formuler les suggestions liées à l'installation des travaux, ainsi qu'à la fabrication et à l'achèvement mécanique. Organiser et diriger les réunions de revue d'installation/construction pour l'ingénierie d'installation. Superviser et contrôler la mise à jour de tous les documents d'ingénierie d'installation. Établir les procédures d'installation en tenant compte des normes de l'industrie et des spécifications et exigences de l'entreprise, en accord avec le Chef de Projet Ingénierie et le Chef de Projet Construction. Superviser, valider et approuver les feuilles de calcul spécifiques à l'ingénierie d'installation émises par l'équipe de travail. Définir la procédure d'installation conformément aux exigences du Chef de Projet Construction. Vérifier que les procédures d'installation ne présentent ni danger ni risque pour la santé et la sécurité du personnel ou de l'environnement. Mettre en œuvre les principes et dispositions de l'assurance qualité et, en particulier, vérifier la qualité de tous les documents émis sous sa responsabilité. Assister les responsables de site sur leurs demandes et surveiller l'application correcte des procédures d'installation. Requirements:
