Missions
Création et publication de contenus, rédaction web Concevoir de nouveaux contenus dans l'objectif de développer la notoriété, la visibilité et la réputation de l'entreprise ; En lien avec l'apprenti graphiste, réaliser les visuels destinés aux réseaux sociaux ; Gérer le planning éditorial et publier les contenus sur les réseaux sociaux ; Rédiger des articles. Développement et animation de la communauté Gérer, modérer et développer les pages réseaux sociaux ; Lancer des sujets permettant de susciter le débat ou le partage d'expériences, de pratiques entre les internautes et l'entreprise ; Assurer la fidélisation des internautes via des événements en ligne ; Rechercher des influenceurs pour participer à l'animation des réseaux sociaux et à la promotion des projets portés l'entreprise. Veille social media Effectuer une veille permanente des communautés en lien avec l'entreprise et des nouveaux usages (relatifs à la jeunesse) ; Effectuer une veille concurrentielle ; Suivre les mises à jour des algorithmes des réseaux sociaux afin de s'assurer de l'efficacité des publications.Profil
Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles, orthographe irréprochable Maîtrise des nouveaux médias de communication Maîtrise des outils de veille, de recherche (information) et d'analyse (techniques d'enquêtes qualitatives, sémiotiques...) et des outils associés (Google Alertes etc.). Maîtrise d'outils PAO (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator) Créativité Bienveillance, écoute Capacité d'organisation et d'adaptation Capacité à travailler à la fois en équipe et en autonomieModalités
