Ambassadeur(rice) de la Maison et de ses valeurs:
Vous garantissez une expérience exceptionnelle en répondant aux besoins de la clientèle.
Vous garantissez une expérience exceptionnelle en répondant aux besoins de la clientèle.
Vous développez et fidélisez activement votre fichier client.
Vous assurez le développement du chiffre d'affaire par le suivi et l'analyse des indicateurs commerciaux.
Vous participez activement à la stratégie d'omnicanalité mise en place.
Vous formez, mobilisez et développez les talents de chaque membre de votre équipe (25 collaborateurs).
Vous coordonnez l'activité Front et Back of House visant à garantir une excellence opérationnelle permanente.
Vous êtes garant du respect et du suivi des procédures internes.
Vous veillez à la bonne tenue de la Boutique.
Profil recherché
Expérience confirmée dans la direction de Boutique univers luxe.
Forte appétence pour le PAP
Déterminé(e) à guider son équipe en agissant comme un modèle.
Très bon relationnel, grande capacité d'écoute et de persuasion.
Rigueur et sens de l'organisation, capacité à prioriser les tâches en fonction des besoins.
Connaissance digitale 2.0.
