**Rôle et responsabilités**

Vous suivez un portefeuille de clients pour lesquels vous avez pour objectif de:

- les fidéliser
- améliorer leur satisfaction
- s'assurer d'un bon niveau de connaissance des produits et services
- s'assurer de la bonne prise en compte de leurs demandes (évolution produit, support etc)
- les conseiller sur l'utilisation des produits, en partenariat avec les équipes projet et support, et partager les meilleurs pratiques
- détecter et négocier des opportunités de ventes additionnelles

Vous rencontrez régulièrement vos clients pour assurer une relation de confiance. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients et vous faites intervenir les autres équipes en fonction des besoins.

Vous aidez les équipes commerciales et marketing en proposant des références parmi vos clients.

**Profil souhaité**

Vous avez 2 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste au contact des clients (CSM, gestion de projet, support technique ou services commerciaux) en B2B.

Vous avez un fort sens du client et vous êtes prêts à vous investir totalement pour sa satisfaction.

Vous savez activer les bons leviers en interne pour résoudre les problèmes de vos clients. Vous êtes capable de vous adapter aux différents profils que vous croisez (achat, RH, opérationnels, etc) pour répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils de BI, chez Peopulse nous nous appuyons beaucoup sur la data pour accompagner nos clients.

Vous êtes la voix de vos clients lors de l'élaboration des roadmap produit et l'amélioration des process internes.

Vous possédez un excellent relationnel, que ce soit avec les équipes internes ou les clients et partenaires. Vous êtes proactif et force de propositions.

Déplacements ponctuels en France à prévoir.
