Nous intervenons à chaque étape de la chaîne de valeur des projets de transformation IT : transformation digitale, ingénierie et conseil IT, UX design, réalisation full-stack d'apps B2C et métiers. Ainsi, nous recherchons un Business Manager qui souhaite profiter d'une liberté d'action et de la confiance réciproque pour reprendre la partie régie & faire décoller l'agence

**Ce qu'on vous propose**

Les missions qui vous seront confiées seront:

- Développer un portefeuille de clients au travers des actions de prospection, jusqu'au closing du deal (100% du cycle de vente)
- Identifier des opportunités en lien avec la stratégie de DIJI (conseil, Accompagnement en régie et projets au forfait).
- Savoir comprendre les besoins du client pour être force de conseil et de proposition
- Sélectionner les meilleurs profils pour répondre aux besoins de vos clients / prospects
- Mener les négociations commerciales jusqu'à la signature
- Assurer le suivi et le bon déroulement des activités en étant proche des équipes projet et des consultants que vous accompagnerez régulièrement
- Entretenir et fidéliser votre portefeuille de clients et de consultants
- Gérer votre activité commerciale via notre outil Boond Manager

**Ce poste est fait pour vous si**

Vous avez idéalement une première expérience d'au moins 2 ans réussie en ESN, aussi:

- Vous justifiez une formation Ecole de Commerce ou Ecole d'Ingénieur.
- Vous êtes curieux, intéressé par le digital, sympa, autonome et ambitieux.
- Vous avez un profil chasseur et le goût des challenges
- Vous avez une très bonne capacité de communication orale et écrite.
