**Le poste**:
- ** Stratégie de Monétisation**:Participer à la définition des modèles de revenu des produits et à leur déclinaison en initiatives concrètes. Accompagner le lancement de nouveaux pays, produits et/ou segments de marché. Assurer une veille "product feature" de la concurrence et identification des stratégies de monétisation et des leviers consumer/marché.
- ** Pricing**:Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie de prix des différents produits, conduite des tests et du suivi de la performance.
- ** User Growth**:Participer à la croissance en améliorant les parcours clients. Identification des points de frictions dans les parcours clients. Mise en place de leviers de user growth : trial, parrainages... Remettre le point de vue user en permanence. Assurer une cohérence entre tous les touchpoints.
- ** Marketing de l'offre**:Savoir valoriser nos fonctionnalités payantes et nos offres, les rendre pertinentes avec LE message impactant. Transformer les fonctionnalités en bénéfices, optimiser les parcours de ventes sur l'ensemble de l'XP/funnel.
- ** Buyer & market research**:Comprendre le marché, l'environnement concurrentiel et l'acheteur, ses leviers de motivation en vue de construire les buyer personae.
**Qualifications**:
- De formation Bac+5 (Ecole d'ingénieur ou Ecole de Commerce), vous avez une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire ou différentes expériences cumulées comme Product Manager business et en Product marketing
- Organisé.e : Vous délivrez un plan dans les temps en réajustant si besoin les priorités
- Persistant.e, force de proposition, autonome.. Vous résolvez des problèmes complexes dans un environnement changeant avec de multiples enjeux interconnectés
- Data-driven: Vous justifiez et savez convaincre grâce aux données quantitatives et qualitatives sur un modèle objectif, KPIs, hypothèses
- Le travail cross-fonctionnel avec le market, le design et les autres acteurs du produit n'est pas un problème, vous savez intégrer leurs contraintes tout en sachant les prioriser
- Bonne communication orale et écrite
- Anglais, niveau confirmé
