**Voici vos Missions**
- Organiser et suivre le travail ainsi que le planning de 5 à 10 personnes
- Diffuser et faire appliquer les directives et instructions opérationnelles
- Suivre la bonne exécution des opérations et la qualité des expéditions
- Prendre connaissance des demandes client et valider les propositions formulées pour y répondre
- Apporter conseil et support technique au client
- Suivre et coordonner les incidents avec le Responsable d'équipe et communiquer au client les informations de suivi
- Venir en renfort opérationnel et en appui technique aux équipes terrain dans l'ensemble des opérations inhérentes à son activité
- Consolider et suivre les indicateurs de qualité et de performance
- Trouver des solutions en cas de défaillance et être force de proposition afin d'améliorer le fonctionnement de l'activité
- Contribuer à l'animation et à la montée en compétences des équipes

**Vous êtes **
- Issu d'une formation supérieure, avec 2 ans d'expérience significative dans un domaine similaire.
- Vous êtes reconnu pour vos solides compétences managériales, pour votre maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, vous êtes aussi reconnu pour votre réactivité, votre dynamisme ainsi que des compétences avérées en pack office, alors ce poste est pour vous
