JR OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To fully support the team that writes, designs and produces persuasive, high-quality proposal documents/presentations - to tight deadlines - in order to win top business for Christie's.
The candidate will be trained as a Junior Writer and carry out administrative tasks.The candidate will undergo basic training on using a Mac, Christie's Systems, Filemaker, and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Indesign (a desktop publishing package).
Key responsibilities/tasks of the Junior Writer portion of the job:the candidate will not be junior in terms of accountability. Gathering and analysing information to construct persuasive sale arguments and writing clear, effective and tailored documents in French.
Business school, commerce or office administration degree
Experience in office administration and working on creative projects
Fluent in French and very good level of English, spoken and written
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Mac environment, Indesign and Photoshop would be a plus
