Airbus Helicopters recherche **un(e) chef(fe) de projet In Services Transversal Project Leader (h/f) **pour rejoindre le département Program Support NH90** basé à Marignane, France.**
Au sein de la direction Support & Services, vous ferez partie du département du Program support NH90 en charge du support aux clients, du support produit, du support logistique intégré (ILS), de la transformation et de la gestion de la performance.
Dans le cadre de l'amélioration des performances du NH90 pour toutes nos nations clients, le chef de projet In Services Transversal Project Leader (h/f) devra gérer des projets et des contrats en relation avec des solutions clé pour le support en services des hélicoptères NH90 et ainsi contribuer à la disponibilité de la flotte NH90.
Vous serez rattaché(e) au Chef de la Transformation et de la Gestion des Performances.
Ce poste requiert une habilitation de sécurité ou l'éligibilité à une habilitation par des autorités reconnues.

**Votre mission et vos challenges**:
Vous serez responsable chez Airbus Helicopters des activités suivantes:
- Gestion du plan de protection contre la corrosion pour les activités de support produit en relation avec les clients, le Bureau d'Etudes, le support du programme et l'équipe Programme.
Convertir les nouvelles solutions de conception en documentation destinées aux clients,
Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie de mise en ?uvre de ces solutions,
Identifier les ressources nécessaires à la mise en ?uvre de ces solutions et établir le planning associé,
Diriger, conjointement avec l'équipe de support aux clients, la mise en ?uvre des solutions de protection et de correction de la corrosion sur sites clients,
Coordonner, avec les responsables de l'amélioration du produit et de la maintenance, le retour d'expérience de la mise en services de ces solutions.
- Coordination des activités de réparation sur site clients
Pour les rétrofits sur site, vous serez responsable de la mise en place du Project Management Plan correspondant, de piloter les fournisseurs ou le personnel de l'industrie, d'être le point focal pour les demandes des clients.
Vous participerez à la définition des réparations et du rétrofit afin de garantir la faisabilité de la solution sur site et d'influencer la stratégie de mise en ?uvre.
En outre, vous assumerez une responsabilité dite "double hat" chez Airbus et NH Industries (NHI) pour les activités suivantes:
- Gestion du projet Working Parties pour les activités de réparation et de support technique pour tous les clients (vous serez le(la) chef(fe) de projet des Working Parties chez NHI).
Vous serez responsable du catalogue des Working Parties à réaliser sur sites clients, activité qui doit faciliter la gestion de la demande des clients et de réduire le délai entre demande et réalisation du travail (réparations et assistance technique),
Vous créerez des Working Parties pour de l'Assistance Technique et les ajouterez à ce catalogue, tels que le Logistic Field Representative (LFR), le Technical Representative (Tech-Rep)... en collaboration avec les disciplines expertes,
