Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Acheteur Informatique et Telecom pour intégrer l'équipe Achat Kering Technologies
Votre opportunité
La Direction des Achats Kering Technologies, rattachée à la Direction financière du Groupe Kering, est aujourd'hui composée d'un responsable Achats IT et de quatre acheteurs IT. Les équipes sont réparties entre la France (Paris) et l'Italie (Milan/Florence).
Au sein des équipes françaises, basées à Paris, vous serez rattaché/e au responsable Achat IT. Vous aurez en charge la gestion d'un portfolio achats, animerez la relation avec les prescripteurs/fournisseurs dans le but d'assurer la cohérence entre les feuilles de route achats et la stratégie Kering Technologies. Vous contribuerez au bon déroulement des projets identifiés à travers le pilotage de bout en bout de processus achats de produits ou de services IT et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion du panel fournisseur.
Comment vous allez contribuer
Animer conjointement avec vos prescripteurs les comités de plan d'action achats afin de définir les actions de sourcing adaptées à la stratégie de votre portfolio en respectant les process et la gouvernance des Achats Kering Technologies
Dans le cadre de projets internationaux, gérer l'intégralité du processus achats des dossiers qui vous seront confiés (identification du besoin, sélection des soumissionnaires, négociations avec les fournisseurs, contractualisation) toujours en étroite collaboration avec les prescripteurs Kering Technologies.
Participer activement au pilotage de la relation fournisseur en collaboration avec le département en charge du management de la relation fournisseur, aussi bien à l'échelle nationale qu'internationale en créant et surveillant des indicateurs de performance.
Contribuer à la performance du Groupe Kering en atteignant les objectifs d'optimisations (quantitatifs comme qualitatifs) tout en respectant les normes de reporting et de monitoring de la Direction Achat Kering Technologies.
Être systématiquement en veille sur les marchés qui vous sont confiés afin d'identifier toute potentielle opportunité créatrice de valeur pour le Groupe Kering.
Implémenter les bonnes pratiques et mettre en place des analyses de benchmarks au sein des différentes régions de Kering Technologies.
Qui êtes-vous
Vous êtes diplômez d'un Master BAC+5 ou diplôme d'école de commerce ou d'ingénieur avec une spécialité Achats.
Vous avez une expérience significative dans le domaine IT et les Achats au sein de grands groupes internationaux.
Vous avez déjà dans vos expériences précédentes développé des visions stratégiques achats IT et mené intégralement plusieurs projets achats IT conséquents en parallèle, en toute autonomie, dans un environn
