Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Marketing Groupe, le Content Manager a pour mission principale d'élaborer la stratégie éditoriale du groupe Data4 et de gérer la production et la diffusion des contenus. Son objectif : intéresser l'ensemble de nos cibles (clients, prospects, journalistes, investisseurs, etc) grâce à des contenus adaptés et de qualité pour susciter des interactions avec Data4.
Pilier de la stratégie éditoriale, le Content Manager gère l'ensemble des contenus de Data4 : site web, blog, Social Media, conférences et tables rondes, sujets stratégiques abordés dans le cadre de notre stratégie de Relations Presse et Affaires Publiques.
A mi-chemin entre la fonction de responsable éditorial et de Community Manager, il est responsable de la production des contenus, de leur adaptation aux différents supports, marchés et cibles et de leur diffusion.
SES PRINCIPALES MISSIONS:
- Veille concurrentielle et analyse de l'évolution de nos différents marchés (avec l'aide de nos agences de RP locales), identification de sujets pertinents pour nos audiences cibles
- Définition de la stratégie éditoriale intégrant des sujets d'actualité, des informations corporate et produits, des sujets stratégiques pour mettre en valeur l'expertise du groupe, notre marque employeur, ainsi que nos valeurs et nos ambitions
- Définition et gestion de la stratégie de Social Management (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Gestion du contenu du site web (rédaction et mise à jour des pages corporate, services, rédaction d'articles de blog optimisés SEO)
- Publication de contenus utiles aux campagnes de Lead Generation (infographies, livres blancs, vidéos, cas clients )
- Production et mise à jour des supports commerciaux et marketing (brochures, présentations commerciales, etc
- Gestion de la stratégie Google Ads en collaboration avec le Digital &CRM Manager
- Gestion de l'outil de Marketing Automation en collaboration avec le Digital &CRM Manager
- Définition et suivi des indicateurs de performance
- Gestion des budgets associés à ses actions
LES QUALITÉS INDISPENSABLES DE NOTRE CANDIDAT IDÉAL:
- Une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur IT ou telecom
- Des compétences dans la production éditoriale (textuelle, vidéo )
- D'excellentes qualités rédactionnelles, de même qu'une solide culture du marché de l'IT et/ou des télécoms.
- Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. Des notions d'espagnol et/ou d'italien sont un plus.
- Un bon esprit de synthèse et le reflexe « storytelling » pour valoriser les contenus
- Un fort esprit d'équipe, la collaboration avec le CRM & Digital Manager et le marketing produit étant fondamentales
- Une bonne connaissance des outils marketing, web et des réseaux sociaux
- Une maîtrise des leviers d'acquisition de trafic et de leads (livres blancs, influenceurs, etc.)
et beaucoup de créativité pour imaginer des contenus originaux qui mettront en valeur le dynamisme du groupe
