Au sein de notre organisation Luxe & Beauty, vous assurerez le bon fonctionnement et le développement d'un compte client majeur, piloté par un Régional Account Manager.
Que réaliserez-vous ?
* Contribuer au déploiement et à l'optimisation du chiffre d'affaires sur un ou plusieurs grands comptes en vous impliquant dans la relation commerciale et opérationnelle avec le client et en proposant des solutions techniques adaptées.
* Participer aux appels d'offres (Coordination avec les tender Desk, définition des solutions techniques etc.) sur du transport multimodal
* Déterminer les conditions optimales de qualité des dossiers logistiques, transport et transit/douane
* S'assurer de l'application contractuelle du contrat et proposer des actions d'amélioration
* Mettre en place et suivre les KPI (productivité, qualité)
* Coordonner les actions entre les intervenants contrats et les opérations : qualité systèmes d'information, juridique, assurances, logistique, douane
* Recenser et exprimer les besoins en matière de systèmes d'information et participer aux processus de déploiement de ses outils
* Animer et/ou participer aux réunions client et « projet » et assurer la mise en oeuvre des nouveaux projets
* Préparer les COPIL afin de présenter les résultats et les plans d'action relatifs au compte concerné
