Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons un : Responsable Monitoring (H/F).
Missions
Dans le cadre des études LYSA/LYSARC, le Pôle Monitoring & Gestion de Centres assure au niveau des centres investigateurs du LYSA (en France et en Belgique) : la formation, l'aide, le suivi, la vérification, et le relais d'information entre les équipes investigatrices et/ou sponsor.
En véritable Manager, votre mission principale sera de coordonner et superviser l'activité des ARCs Moniteurs.
Au quotidien, vos missions seront :
- Encadrer, suivre et coordonner leurs activités
- Recruter et assurer l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs du pôle
- Préparer et conduire les entretiens d'évaluation annuels
- Identifier les besoins et mettre en œuvre des actions de formation
- Réaliser des visites d'évaluation pour valider leurs compétences techniques en monitoring
- Assurer la répartition des études et des centres entre les ARC Moniteurs
- Elaborer et suivre le budget des études lié à l'activité du pôle
- Valider les notes de frais et les suivis d'activité mensuels
- Participer et/ou piloter des projets transverses LYSARC (outils, procédures)
- Représenter le pôle Monitoring auprès d'instances externes/internes
Poste basé:
soit à Pierre Bénite (69) nécessitant une présence de 3 à 4 jours par mois en région parisienne,
soit à Paris, Hôpital Saint Louis (75) nécessitant une présence de 3 à 4 jours par mois en région lyonnaise.
**Profil souhaité**
Vous possédez un diplôme scientifique de niveau Bac+3/4, complété par une expérience d'au moins 3 ans en recherche clinique qui vous a permis de maîtriser la méthodologie et la réglementation des essais cliniques.
A l'écoute, vous savez motiver, accompagner et développer les collaborateurs de votre équipe. Une première expérience en management ou encadrement est un plus.
Rigoureux et organisé, vous faites preuve de capacité d'adaptation et êtes force de proposition. Vous avez le sens des priorités et êtes reconnus pour vos compétences organisationnelles.
Vous maitrisez l'outil informatique et les logiciels de bureautique et vous savez vous adapter à des outils métier.
Vous avez un niveau d'anglais opérationnel.
