Dans le cadre de l'accroissement de nos activités sur le site d'ALSTOM Valenciennes Petite-Forêt, nous recherchons un Responsable d'équipe (H/F) pour notre pôle de contrôleurs des opérations (8 personnes).
Rattaché au Directeur Financier sur Site, vous serez en interface directe avec les membres du Comité de Direction, les responsables opérationnels du Site, ainsi que les Commissaires aux comptes. Vous participerez activement au bon déroulement de la gouvernance du site et des projets, à leur performance et êtes garant des données financières.
- En tant que responsable d'équipe, vous encadrerez des contrôleurs de gestion aux responsabilités diversifiées (contrôleur(s) de gestion métier, contrôleur(s) de gestion industriel et contrôleur(s) de gestion frais généraux) afin d'atteindre les objectifs communs et individuels. Vous aurez la charge d'animer la cohésion et l'esprit d'équipe. Vous serez support à l'organisation de leurs activités et développerez leurs compétences. Vous gérerez les recrutements en collaboration avec le département RH et assurerez la formation des nouveaux arrivants.
- Vous analyserez mensuellement la performance industrielle du site et des coûts de production par projet. Vous travaillerez avec les opérationnels de différents métiers qui participent à la réalisation des projets (de la phase d'industrialisation jusqu'aux essais).
- Vous serez associé(e) à la stratégie du site en matière de pilotage des projets et des plans d'amélioration. Vous serez un acteur de la planification stratégique industrielle du site à horizon 5 ans.
- Vous animerez et coordonnerez les exercices budgétaires, de Rolling Forecast et les clôtures mensuelles.
- Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec le Responsable de l'équipe des contrôleurs de gestion projets et le Reporting Manager. Ensemble, vous piloterez des chantiers d'amélioration continue du département Finance et le déploiement des outils.
Diplômé(e) d'école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou équivalent, vous possédez une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans un environnement de contrôle de gestion industriel. Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et possédez de réelles capacités organisationnelles. Doté(e) d'un bon leadership, vous avez plaisir à participer au développement d'une équipe et à travailler de manière transversale avec différents services
