Description de l'entreprise : Nous sommes un fabricant de technologie médicale de premier plan basé en Allemagne, avec une filiale en France à Nice. Nous offrons des solutions innovantes et de haute qualité aux établissements de santé dans le monde. Nous sommes spécialisés dans les ventilateurs néonataux et pédiatriques haut de gamme, les ventilateurs de transport pour les nouveau-nés, enfants et adultes, ainsi qu'un système d'alimentation en oxygène. Notre objectif est d'améliorer les soins aux patients en fournissant des équipements médicaux avancés aux professionnels de la santé.

Résumé de l'offre d'emploi : En tant que Responsable régional des ventes et du service après-vente pour l'un des principaux fabricants de ventilateurs néonataux et pédiatriques en France, pour la région Nord-Est de la France, vous serez chargé de promouvoir et vendre nos produits aux hôpitaux, établissements de santé et professionnels des soins néonataux et pédiatriques. Vous fournirez également un service après-vente exceptionnel pour garantir une performance optimale de nos systèmes de ventilation et la satisfaction des clients.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Ventes et développement des affaires :
    • Organisation des rendez-vous, démarchage téléphonique, envoi d'emails, devis, informations CRM, etc.
    • Prospection de nouvelles opportunités de ventes dans les soins de santé néonataux et pédiatriques, fidélisation de la clientèle existante.
    • Identification des opportunités de croissance, relations avec les décideurs clés, démonstrations de produits, présentations et collaborations avec les équipes internes.
    • Préparation et présentation de propositions aux clients potentiels.
  • Soutien et service à la clientèle :
    • Assistance technique aux clients, visites sur site, réponse rapide aux demandes des clients, coordination interne pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
    • Tenue de registres d'interactions avec les clients, activités de vente et rapports de service.
  • Connaissance des produits et formation :
    • Veille sur les développements en soins respiratoires néonatals et pédiatriques, participation à des sessions de formation, rôle d'expert en ventilateurs.
  • Analyse de marché et rapports :
    • Études de marché, rapports de performance des ventes, recommandations pour améliorer les produits et les stratégies marketing.

Qualifications et compétences :

  • Baccalauréat en génie biomédical, sciences de la vie, administration des affaires ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience en vente ou service à la clientèle dans le secteur médical, compréhension solide des ventilateurs et thérapie respiratoire en néonatologie et pédiatrie.
  • Compétences en communication, présentation, autonomie, gestion du temps, maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels CRM.
  • Maîtrise du français, connaissance de l'anglais, permis de conduire et disponibilité pour voyager en France et à l'international si nécessaire.
