**Descriptif de l'entité et de l'activité** Les Ressources Humaines**doivent continuellement s'adapter et évoluer dans un environnement de plus en plus complexe, reflétant les changements récents dans notre façon de travailler, l'arrivée de nouvelles générations sur le marché du travail, une concurrence accrue pour attirer les talents, et l'évolution des attentes des collaborateurs.
Pour répondre à ces attentes et accompagner en parallèle la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique ADVANCE, **les RH évoluent aux côtés du business**.
Dans ce contexte, Air Liquide adopte un nouveau modèle opérationnel RH qui modernisera les **outils digitaux RH et **repensera les **méthodes de travail RH, **dans le cadre d'une **démarche globale de Transformation RH. **Cette initiative permettra d'améliorer et d'offrir une expérience collaborateur simplifiée et cohérente dans tous les pays, d'améliorer la qualité de nos données, et d'accroître notre efficacité.
**Missions & Responsabilités**
Rattaché(e) au Contrôleur du Projet, vos principales missions sont:
**1. Les Reportings d'activité**:
=> Participation au pilotage du projet pour sa partie financière.
Vous serez notamment amené(e) à prendre en charge la préparation et l'analyse des reportings financiers sur l'activité de du projet : Flash mensuel, rapports trimestriels, à destination du Directeur du Projet mais également des parties prenantes Business.
Vous participerez aux reprévisions qui ont lieu au cours de l'année.
**2. Monitoring des investissements**:
=> Vous prendrez en charge le suivi des investissements du Projet
**3. Communication et coordination**
Le projet ayant un périmètre européen, vous serez en contact fréquemment non seulement avec l'équipe projet mais également avec les financiers des différents HUB, clusters ou entités du périmètre.
**Profil et compétences**
Maîtrise de l'outil Excel (connaissance de Google suite est un plus)
Niveau mini requis : Bac+3/4/5
Formation en cours en École de Commerce (option Finance/Gestion/Audit)
Qualité d'organisation, rigueur, d'analyse, bon relationnel
**Informations complémentaires**
Air Liquide est labellisé Happy Trainees.
Le stage se déroule dans le siège historique du Groupe en plein centre de Paris à quai d'Orsay.
