Responsable Industrialisation Produit Electronique PIM (H/F)

Le poste est intégré à l'activité Signalisation d'Alstom - D&IS, qui a pour mission de définir et de concevoir les solutions d'informatique, d'électronique et de télécommunication qui construisent l'intelligence des trains de demain. Le site de Villeurbanne (900 salariés) est spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes électroniques embarqués et débarqués (contrôle et monitoring, signalisation).
VOS MISSIONS :
Au sein du département Industrialisation de D&IS France, vous êtes en charge de gérer l'industrialisation de nos produits électroniques conformément aux exigences (Indus / Méthodes / Fabrication / Ferroviaire /...).
Intégré(e) à la core team produit, vous gérez les produits de leur phase développement en passant par l'industrialisation et la fabrication jusqu'à leur fin de vie.
Pour cela, vous aurez à :
Piloter les objectifs qualité, coûts et délais (QCD Industriel) des produits au cours de leur cycle de vie et mener les plans d'actions appropriés (optimisation de la productivité, des coûts récurrents, du lead time) ;
Définir les exigences industrielles et les spécifications au niveau de la ligne de produit ;
Manager les lots Industriels et suivre les prototypes en tant que représentant pour les métiers de l'industrialisation (méthodes, test, co-engineering, interface sous-traitants...) ;
Etablir puis maintenir le schéma industriel de l'ensemble des produits de sa ligne produit et définir le « generic Product industrial breakdown structure » ;
Gérer les produits au niveau de leur industrialisation et de leur fabrication durant leur cycle de vie afin de garantir leur fabrication, réparation (Testeurs, gestion de l'obsolescence, gestion des redesign et évolutions, PDCA, roadmap produit...), gestion de fabrication interne et/ou sous-traitée.
Garantir le suivi des produits durant la phase d'utilisation (Taux Bon du Premier Coup, lead time de réparation, stratégie sur les spares...).
VOTRE PROFIL :
- De formation Ingénieur dans le domaine de l'électronique / informatique / télécommunication / industriel, vous disposez d'une expérience minimum de 5 ans sur un poste similaire en gestion de projets ou d'industrialisation de produits électroniques, et idéalement dans le domaine embarqué (Ferroviaire / Aéronautique / Automobile...) ;
- Forte capacité de coordination et de pilotage, rigueur, gestion des priorités, autonomie et sens du client sont vos principaux atouts pour réussir dans cette fonction. Vous êtes force de propositions, vous savez challenger des solutions et défendre vos positions, venez rejoindre notre équipe
- Vous maîtrisez impérativement l'anglais professionnel.
