Au sein du Département Reefer, vous êtes en charge d'assurer et d'optimiser le remplissage des navires sur la/les zones commerciales Reefer dont vous avez la responsabilité.
• En lien avec les directives de votre Responsable hiérarchique, vous appliquez la politique commerciale et tarifaire sur votre zone Reefer et traitez l'ensemble des demandes de cotations émanant de vos agents ou clients.
• Vous participez à l'élaboration du budget commercial avec votre Responsable hiérarchique puis êtes en charge d'analyser les performances et les écarts par rapport à ce budget afin de proposer des actions correctrices.
• Véritable expert de votre zone, vous enregistrez et analysez les volumes chargés sur les navires en relation avec les responsables commerciaux de lignes et les agents et vous assurez un suivi marketing : études de marché, statistiques.
• En tant que contact privilégié des agents et des principaux clients de votre zone, vous êtes susceptible d'organiser des visites en agences. PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES :
• Vous avez déjà une première expérience commerciale ou marketing.
• Votre anglais est courant à l'oral comme à l'écrit, et vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et bureautiques (notamment Excel). Vous êtes organisé(e), autonome et vous êtes force de proposition.
• Vos qualités relationnelles, votre sens de la communication et votre esprit d'équipe vous permettront de réussir dans ce poste. #J-18808-Ljbffr
