**Description du poste**:
Le Cloud est devenu stratégique pour une majorité d'organisations en France, qu'ils soient issus des SI traditionnels ayant ou voulant migrer, ou qu'ils soient nés dans le Cloud.

La cybersécurité de ces usages dans le Cloud est devenue enjeu majeur, mais souvent traité de manière incomplète. Advens possède de fortes expériences dans ce domaine pour accompagner ses clients dans leurs projets cloud et souhaite encore accélérer cette offre avec le recrutement de son responsable d'offre « Cloud Security ».

Chez Advens, un(e) responsable d'offre a la responsabilité de concevoir et animer une offre de services transverses. Nos offres transverses s'appuient sur nos différents savoir-faire (conseil, audit, technologies, security-as-a-service, CSIRT, etc.) pour proposer au marché une réponse simple, cohérente et packagée à une problématique d'envergure.

**Être une/un Responsable d'offre c'est**
- Comprendre le marché et les besoins de nos clients et futurs clients
- Monter et animer la proposition de valeur
- Définir, suivre et animer la roadmap de l'offre
- Définir un plan de go-to-market avec les forces commerciales et marketing d'Advens
- Gérer le business développement et les avant-ventes en soutien des commerciaux
- Identifier les compétences nécessaires pour délivrer les projets vendus issus de cette offre
- Orchestrer les ressources internes et/ou recruter les ressources externes pour entretenir ces compétences
- Garantir la qualité globale des livrables et valider qu'elle est en phase avec la promesse client.
- Suivre les indicateurs associés au développement et au fonctionnement de l'offre (leads, pipe, chiffre d'affaire, etc.)
- Assurer la veille et l'innovation sur l'offre
- En bref c'est animer une communauté au sein de notre organisation, la faire grandir et évoluer en fonction des besoins du marché et du développement de nos savoir-faire

- Déployer les organisations, process et solutions les plus adaptées au DevSecOps
- Et inventer tout ce à quoi on n'a pas encore pensé
