En tant que **Procurement Business Support Manager** **Southern Europe & Corporate** au sein de la Direction des Achats Internationaux, vous aurez pour responsabilité le management de l'équipe Procurement Business Support (PBS) Europe du Sud et Corporate (équipe de 4 personnes) et vous aurez pour missions principales : la responsabilité opérationnelle du process de rémunération sur le périmètre (redistribution des rémunérations Achats aux clients), l'optimisation des processus administratifs, la contribution au développement de notre outil « Astoresuite ».
En interaction avec plusieurs parties prenantes internes et externes à la Direction des Achats, vous aurez de nombreuses relations avec les Directeurs Achats, Business Controller et les acheteurs sur la zone Europe du Sud & Corporate, nos équipes digitales et les directions Financière et Juridique.
**Description du poste**:

Animer et accompagner l'équipe en charge de l'administration des Achats sur la zone Europe du Sud & Corporate (création des fournisseurs et contrats, gestion des déclaratifs fournisseurs, facturation)
- ** Pilotage des campagnes de déclaration fournisseurs dans AstoreSuite**
Suivi des besoins et évolution outils demandés
Organisation du planning et formation des parties prenantes
Pilotage de la préparation de datas et du bon déroulement des campagnes
Pilotage des reporting / KPI et tableaux de bord

**Qualifications**:
**Profil**:
BAC+5, 3 ans d'expérience requise en management
**_ Formation :_**
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure Bac+5 de type Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent universitaire, et justifiez d'une expérience de plus de 3 ans sur une fonction similaire et/ou en audit, Finance, contrôle de gestion, gestion de projet.
**_ Langues :_**
Anglais : écrit et parlé obligatoire
Allemand / Espagnol ou Italien : serait un plus
**_ Expériences et qualités :_**
Vous disposez d'une première expérience en management.
Doté(e) de qualités d'analyses et de rigueur, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de la pédagogie et par votre capacité à manager une équipe et à proposer des idées innovantes.
Vous avez une appétence pour les chiffres et une maîtrise avancée de Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules avancées, bases de données, gestion de fichiers de grand volume) et des outils bureautiques.
