As our company continues to grow, so does our People team We are growing our team in People Operations and Learning & Development as well as Talent Acquisition, in order to best support our people and managers.

Reporting to the VP People, this is a brand new role in the company that will support stakeholders in sourcing and hiring the best people into our teams around the world.


The
Talent Acquisition Manager is entrusted with the responsibility to find individuals who are passionate about tech and education, able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and committed to our mission of empowering individuals to change or supercharge their careers.


Your mission is to seek out and attract top-tier talent that aligns with our commitment to providing high-quality, immersive tech courses in software development, data science, and data analytics to support of our intense growth.


What you'll be doing:


You will play a key role in our growth ambitions by leading the global talent acquisition agenda and contributing to the employee experience of our employees.

This means you will have complete overview and ownership, from defining ahead the strategy to monitoring results.

  • Attract and hire talent for all departments of Le Wagon, with a focus on B2B at first,
  • Ensure a smooth, transparent and fair experience for all applicants, by coordinating interview processes that are people centric, robust and standardised
  • Act as a business partner on talent acquisition for the leadership team,
  • Ensure all hiring managers have the resources they need to hire and onboard efficiently (tools and trainings)
  • Lead and coordinate the recruitment process with multiple stakeholders through strong project management, and clear reporting and communication
