Logistics:
- Organize charters to order in liaison with internal or thirdparty loading sites,
- Take charge of a smallscale distribution delivery sector (selection of loading sites, type of vehicle, optimizing filling according to various constraints)
- Reserve additional vehicles according to order levels.
Management :
- Investigate and manage complaints from our internal customers and service providers, and follow up corrective actions.
- Monitor carrier performance via monthly reports,
- Establish and distribute indicators to carriers with reference to contractual objectives (delivery times, feedback rates, etc.).
Control :
- Check carriers' preinvoicing: verify routes (kilometers, working hours).
- Charge carrier invoices
- KPI management
