TenderFacts is a startup founded in 2023 with the goal of revolutionizing the response to tenders using generative AI. We have developed an application that radically transforms the daily life of sales teams. TenderFacts is entering a phase of strong growth. By joining us now, you will have the opportunity to make a decisive contribution to the project. During the internship, you will work directly with the founders on two main topics: digital marketing and customer success. These two missions are crucial to accelerate the company's development and increase customer loyalty. You will also be able to contribute to product improvement.
Missions
You will be involved in several missions including:
- Contribute to the design of innovative marketing strategies
- Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads, Emailing, etc.) focusing on creativity and originality to stand out
- Use your analytical skills to refine our SEO and SEA approaches, ensuring maximum visibility and increased engagement
- Write rich and impactful marketing content that establishes TenderFacts as a market leader
- Be the ambassador of TenderFacts by engaging our community on LinkedIn
- Analyze the performance of marketing operations for continuous improvement
- Shape a customer success program that ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Train users to make the most of our solution
- Identify and exploit account development opportunities
- Increase loyalty through personalized customer follow-up
- Be the voice of our customers internally by sharing their suggestions and contributing directly to the evolution of our product
Desired Skills and Experiences
