Dans le cadre de son accroissement d'activité, **Trigo Aerospace, Defense & Rail **recherche un qualiticien fournisseur en phase projet.
Description du poste
**Missions principales**:
- Déployer les requis AT en terme d'assurance qualité fournisseur dans le cadre de développement de produit/process de pièces achetées:
- Est responsable dès la phase de RFQ (offre) de communiquer et de valider les spécifications qualité (Qspec) et les SPQD plans avec le fournisseur, pour anticiper les risques produit/process
- Identifier et manager les risques en phase de business award (sélection du fournisseur), en lien avec le sourcing, via le SQS (supplier quality status) et la soumission de dérogation pertinente
- Réalise le suivi produit/process tout au long du développement pour atteindre une FAI (First Article inspection) « Go on time »
- Gère les OIL (open issue list), les modalités de gestion du mode dégradé (FAI NO GO, mur qualité, dérogation )
- Applique le process DFQ et valide les jalons
- Supporte le SPQD garantie
- Gère les modalités des modes dégradés série (color code, mur qualité, dérogation )
- Participe à l'animation du procurement center, en particulier scorecard et pilotage des fournisseurs critiques, avec la réalisation des éventuelles actions décidées

**Qualifications**:
**Compétences requises**:
- Diplôme Ingénieur Mécanique/électrotechnique ou Généraliste
- Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine dans le qualité fournisseur et/ou des systèmes complexes
- Connaissances sur les produits de types batteries si possible
- Anglais courant (écrit, parlé)
- Outils qualité de Résolution de problème (8D, QRQC, PDCA ) et de maitrise des risques (AMDEC process, plan de contrôle, audit )
- Autonomie, Organisation, Rigueur
- Relationnel fournisseur/client
- Capacité d'adaptation

A) Bases de process / industrialisation:
- Connaissances génériques nécessaires pour apprécier un process industriel
- Capacité à se former à la maitrise des procédés spéciaux:
- Soudage

B) Bases de conception:
- Analyse spécifications et Lecture de plans (extraction des Key Characteristics) pour construire et valider le plan de surveillance produit/process des fournisseurs
- Valider les rapports de contrôle des fournisseurs (rangs 1 et inférieurs)
- Participer aux Design Review avec les fournisseurs
- Surveiller le GO PROD étape avec des contributeurs (évaluation des risques / analyse FMEA)
C) Matirise de la Qualité et des procédures:
- Outils de management qualité : Master 8D / QRQC / PDCA / PFMEA / DFMEA / Control Plan / Quality Wall
- Traitement de litiges qualité fournisseur
D) Langues et communication:
- Anglais technique, une autre langue serait un plus
- SAP / Microsoft Office
- Bonne qualité humaine et relationnel
- Capacité à fédérer et animer
- Capacité à travailler en réseau
