VOTRE ROLE
Le Head of Mortgage Portfolio, localisé à Paris (France), est responsable, dans le cadre et suite à la cession de notre branche Banque de Détail, de la gestion des évènements sur prêts et activités afférentes de crédits immobiliers en cours d'amortissement d'une valeur de 7 milliards d'Euros. Ses responsabilités incluent le management de relations externes et internes, l'encadrement des processus sous-jacents et la suivi des KPIs (indicateurs clés de performance), SLAs (accords de qualité de service), et également la responsabilité générale de la gestion des risques et des reportings obligatoires au respect de nos régulations.
Dans ce rôle, vous devrez
- Gérer les KPIs et les performances de SLAs déployés auprès de nos prestataires
- Fluidifier nos services et optimiser nos opérations
- Travailler dans un environnement matriciel avec nos équipes Finance, Risk, et Reporting
- Représenter notre branche WPB (Wealth & Private Banking) en externe auprès des régulateurs et des différents prestataires et partenaires, en France et en Europe Continentale

VOTRE PROFIL
- Un niveau courant en anglais et en français, à la fois à l'écrit et à l'oral, est essentiel pour ce rôle
- Vous avez d'excellentes qualités relationnelles, à la fois en interne et en externe
- Vous avez une expérience significative en gestion des risques
- Vous avez des connaissances pointues des environnements externes de ce métier, à savoir les problématiques de régulation, de politique, de concurrence et de marché
- Vous avez une connaissance détaillée des produits et services WPB (Wealth & Private Banking
