Field Marketing Manager F/H/X – CDI

Vos principales missions ?
En tant que Field Marketing France, vous exécutez et supervisez la stratégie marketing et communication d'Odigo en France afin d'assurer la notoriété et le développement de la marque. Vous serez en soutien aux équipes commerciales dans le plan d'action de génération de leads. Vous serez accompagné par une équipe globale du groupe Odigo (SEO/SEA, web, réseaux sociaux, contenu, CRM) pour la mise en œuvre de votre plan marketing. Vous managerez une personne en alternance.
Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Direction Global Sales du groupe Odigo et aurez les missions suivantes :
Organisation de salons professionnels et évènements : création de contenu, organisation logistique et invitation des clients/prospects, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales.
Mise en place d'un plan marketing et communication local intégrant les différentes dimensions (contenu, événements, produit)
Création/adaptation et déploiement des campagnes sur le marché local
Création/adaptation de tous les supports marketing (Vidéo, brochures, goodies, roll up, stand...)
Mise en œuvre de campagnes sur les Réseaux Sociaux et gestion du blog. Compréhension des mots-clés / termes à exploiter dans les articles
Suivi des résultats des campagnes et gestion des leads en collaboration avec la direction commerciale
Assurer la qualité de la base de données des prospects et clients pour veiller à la bonne performance des campagnes.
Veiller à la cohérence et au respect de l'identité visuelle et de l'image de marque à travers les campagnes et différents éléments de contenu créés.
Mise en place et coordination des traductions Eng à Fr
Collaboration rapprochée et support des équipes commerciales et marketing produit
Entretenir des relations étroites avec les influenceurs de l'écosystème (associations, analystes, bloggeurs).
Profil
De formation Universitaire ou d'Ecole de commerce (idéalement spécialisation marketing digital)
Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience probante sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise chez un éditeur de solution Saas de Customer Engagement.
Vous maitrisez des outils d'emailing, de CRM, et WordPress
Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités de rédaction et de communication y compris sur les médias sociaux.
Vous êtes créatif, rigoureux avec le sens du contact et du service
Anglais courant.
