Le périmètre des responsabilités comprend :
- Business Planning : contribuer au développement de la stratégie et/ou de la planification de l'entreprise d'un point de vue financier, assurer l'alignement local et conseiller la direction sur les problèmes et/ou les opportunités.
- Budget et prévisions : planifier, organiser, coordonner et exécuter le cycle de planification et de contrôle financier au niveau national et conseiller la direction sur les prévisions, la budgétisation et l'exécution de la stratégie ; planifier le financement de l'entreprise avec l'équipe centrale de trésorerie.
- Contrôle des activités : développer et maintenir les contrôles des activités, conformément au cadre de contrôle du groupe, et surveiller, analyser et remettre en question de manière proactive les performances des activités sur une base périodique (mensuelle).
- Conseil financier, modélisation d'études de cas pour le département des ventes : conseiller, surveiller et soutenir l'entreprise en tant qu'expert en la matière pour les questions financières et les indicateurs clés de performance et les mesures de gestion, assurer la liaison avec les responsables des ventes pour la mise en oeuvre et la gestion de l'autorisation et des politiques de tarification.
- Rapports : assurer le développement, la préparation et l'exécution correcte des rapports périodiques (consolidés) et ad hoc pour la direction de l'entreprise et l'autorité de contrôle externe.
- Projets : participer à des projets locaux et/ou régionaux (d'amélioration) pour mettre en oeuvre de nouveaux systèmes, procédures et processus financiers.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
BAC+5, Master en finance, comptabilité ou contrôle de gestion.
- Un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en audit auprès de clients du secteur bancaire et financier, et/ou en contrôle de gestion dans le secteur financier.
- Connaissance de la comptabilité, des exigences légales locales et des normes internationales d'information financière (" IFRS ").
- Excellentes capacités d'influence, esprit d'initiative, assurance et esprit de décision.
- Empathie et capacité à nouer des relations.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
