Quelles sont les missions ?
Rattaché.e à la Direction commerciale & marketing, vos missions sont les suivantes :
- Assurer la croissance rentable et pérenne des ventes (CA, Marge, PdM) directes et indirectes :
* Ventes directes : développer le portefeuille clients et " Key Account Management " pour les clients stratégiques.
* Ventes indirectes : animer et optimiser le réseau de distribution par pays et par segments de marché.
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients et nouveaux segments de marchés sur les régions concernées.
- Identifier des besoins clients, existants et à venir : compléments des gammes existantes, nouveaux produits et services.
- Négocier des accords et contrats commerciaux : accompagnement aux négociations, enregistrement et suivi des contrats signés.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe des assistantes commerciales basée à Grasse : résolution de problèmes pour viser un service optimum aux
clients, feedback client, planification et prévision, etc...
- Contribuer activement aux projets transverses de l'entreprise impliquant le service commercial.
- Garantir la conformité aux règles éthiques et au code de conduite de l'entreprise.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Idéalement, vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac+5 et vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans l'industrie sur de la vente BtoB
en circuits longs et complexes.
Vous maîtrisez obligatoirement la langue anglaise. La maîtrise de l'arabe sera un réel bonus.
Vous êtes tenace et justifiez d'une excellente intelligence situationnelle, vous permettant d'être à l'aise avec des
interlocuteurs variés. Doté.e d'une bonne appétence technique, vous saurez être à l'aise avec les réglementations en vigueur dans
notre domaine.
Vous êtes basé.e à Grasse (06) ou dans le reste de la France (full remote possible).
