Le poste - Sales Manager - Future Sales Director
Développement de la stratégie commerciale sur les marchés de l'industrie en France et à l'etranger
Déploiement de la stratégie commerciale sur les segments cibles avec le support de l'équipe commerciales ( SDR, BD et CSM)
Approche clients, animation de démos à distance et/ou en présentiel
Prospection ou animation sur salons métiers
Closing des deals
Suivi de la relation client avec le support des Customer Success
Délivrer les objectifs établis avec le management pour atteindre les cibles de croissance
Le poste est basé à Lille – Euratechnologies.
Tu es notre candidat·e idéal.e si :
Tu es motivé par une entreprise en forte croissance qui se développe en Europe et Amérique du Nord
Tu as des attributs de "couteau suisse" et tu es capable de travailler sur des fonctions différentes
Tu as une expérience prouvée dans la vente SaaS en B to B
Tu as une expérience prouvée dans l'industrie
Tu as une excellente connaissance de l'environnement numérique et technique
Tu as la volonté d'animer des équipes projets ou commerciales
Tu sais prendre des initiatives et tu as un esprit entrepreneurial
Tu as une formation Bac+4/5 ou équivalent et tu as 3-5 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire
Tu connais les outils CRM du type Salesforce ou Hubspot
Tu as un niveau B2/C1 en anglais et tu connais le vocabulaire professionnel anglais. Autre langue (espagnol ou allemand) un plus.
Rémunération
Fixe : 40-60 K€ en fonction de l'expérience
Variable: Non capé sur objectifs
