**CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER H/F** Poste basé à Grenoble ou Lyon (69) Rattaché au Directeur Général et en collaboration étroite avec le Président, vous êtes un acteur clé de la stratégie et des projets de développement du Groupe. En tant que Business Partner auprès de la Direction, vous l'accompagnez et la conseillez dans ses choix stratégiques de développement, et participez activement aux projets de croissance externe. En réel pilote de l'activité, basé sur des chiffres et des analyses, vous êtes force de conseil et de proposition dans les décisions prises par la direction. En charge du pilotage financier de l'entreprise, vous garantissez le reporting et la fiabilité de l'information financière. Vous gérez le processus budgétaire, assurer les clôtures mensuelles et la gestion du cash-pooling. Au-delà des aspects classiques du poste de Direction financière, vous apportez un regard technique sur différents dossiers et pouvez intervenir sur d'autres sujets (contrats de prestations, politique d'achats, optimisation des stocks, documents juridiques, plan de transformation, mise en place d'un ERP ) Pour vous accompagner, vous êtes entouré d'une équipe structurée que vous managez (en charge de la comptabilité, du contrôle de gestion, de la paie et du recouvrement). Enfin, vous animez la relation avec tous les partenaires financiers et juridiques du Groupe (banques, cabinet d'avocats, Commissaires-aux-comptes, Expert-Comptable, administrations ). **Le Profil de Chief Financial Officer**:
Diplômé d'une formation supérieure Bac+5 Ecole de Commerce) avec une spécialisation finance, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience solide de 10 ans minimum sur des fonctions de responsabilités financières (acquises en cabinet et/ou en environnement PME industrielle multi sites). Vous êtes aguerri en stratégie et ingénierie financière et avez déjà géré des fusions-acquisitions en France ou à l'étranger. Vous possédez ainsi une expérience probante dans des contextes de forte croissance. L'anglais courant est nécessaire. Vous saurez nous convaincre par votre leadership, vos excellentes qualités relationnelles, votre sens du conseil et vos capacités d'analyse. Vous souhaitez rejoindre un poste de CFO très complet avec une forte responsabilisation permettant d'exploiter tout votre potentiel.
