Rattaché.e au département **Operations Services** et sous la responsabilité de l'Operations Manager, vous contribuez à la croissance et à la réussite opérationnelle de Starbucks Coffee sur ses différents marchés, dans un environnement dynamique, cross-fonctionnel et international.
En fonction des besoins du business et de votre profil, vous prenez part aux 4 missions et responsabilités du département Operations Services:
- ** Projets, programmes et initiatives visant à améliorer l'Excellence Opérationnelle**: vous contribuez à la définition et supportez l'exécution de projets, programmes et initiatives menant à l'amélioration de l'Expérience Starbucks pour nos clients et nos partenaires, et à l'atteinte d'objectifs clés du business. Vous évaluez et mesurez l'efficacité de ces activités à travers des observations sur le terrain. Vous êtes le garant des standards opérationnels et assurez la constante mise à jour des manuels, outils et process opérationnels.
- **
Maintenance des systèmes et outils utilisés par les salons de café**: vous supportez le développement et assurez la maintenance de multiples systèmes opérationnels (système de commande, système de gestion des stocks, système de caisse, etc.). Vous êtes amenés à former/coacher et soutenir les équipes opérationnelles dans l'utilisation de ces systèmes.
- **
Communication Opérationnelle **:vous créez et collectez les informations nécessaires à l'élaboration des communications, régulières ou d'urgence, destinées aux Opérationnels (salons de café en propre, sous franchise et sous licence). Vous vous assurez de la pertinence des informations fournies.
- **
Planification et priorisation des activités en salon de café**: en collaboration avec les différents services supports (IT, Marketing, RH, etc.), vous coordonnez et participez à la planification, la construction et la consolidation des outils opérationnels permettant la bonne exécution des activités opérationnelles dans les salons de café.
Ce poste ne se limite pas aux missions énoncées ci-dessus.
**Votre Profil**
Issu(e) d'une formation Bac +2/ + 3 ( Licence IAE, DUT, Ecole de commerce..)en management de projet et/ou gestion, vous avez une première expérience similaire.
Savoir-faire, compétences et qualités requises:
- Anglais courant indispensable
- Espagnol apprécié
- Gestion de projet, excellentes capacités d'organisation
- Esprit de synthèse, capacité à communiquer clairement et précisément, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Aisance relationnelle, capacité à bâtir des relations de confiance efficaces avec les partenaires internes et externes de l'entreprise
- Bonne maitrise des outils Microsoft Office
