Dans le but de stimuler les ventes de solutions de guidage d'engins, vous aurez pour mission de diriger efficacement vos équipes, en élaborant des stratégies commerciales précises et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités sur le marché. Vous serez en charge de diriger une équipe technique et commerciale, ainsi que d'établir et superviser un plan d'affaires à moyen/long terme.
- Établir une relation de confiance avec les clients, les responsables de chantiers et les distributeurs de machines TP en Afrique de l'Ouest.
- Définir et mettre en place une structure de gestion adaptée pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie de manière rentable.
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur et vous avez acquis une solide expertise dans le domaine des travaux publics. Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie de la gestion d'agences et de chantiers, ainsi qu'une excellente capacité de communication. Vos compétences en management et en développement commercial vous permettront de diriger efficacement des équipes et de promouvoir des solutions innovantes.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans les chantiers de travaux publics. La maîtrise de l'anglais et du Français est requise.
