- Etablir, consolider et suivre les KPI pertinents sur l'avancement et de déroulement du programme afin de mesurer et piloter la performance réalisée du programme
- Construire, mettre à jour et analyser le planning du programme et alerter et construire/piloter un plan d'actions correctives en cas de dérives
- Etablir périodique les couts à terminaison du programme, alerter et construire/piloter un plan d'actions correctives en cas de dérives
- Etablir et gérer le portefeuille de risques et opportunités du programme
- Seconder le responsable programme dans le suivi et pilotage du déroulement du projet (Coût et délai)
Affecté au département des programmes, vous serez en relation avec les différentes entités contributrices au déroulement du programme (R&D, Achats, Supply Chain, Indus et Production) mais également en lien étroit avec le département des finances.
Vous aurez à participer aux réunions d'avancement en support du responsable programme avec le client et présenter les KPI du programme.
**Profil / Compétences requises**:
- Formation initiale : ingénieur généraliste
- Expérience significative (3 ans et plus) en gestion de projet technique et de programme dans les secteurs études et programmes dans le domaine industriel
- Bonne connaissance du secteur industriel de l'armement,
- Bon leadership et esprit de synthèse
- Aptitudes relationnelles : capacité à établir des relations de confiance avec les autres contributeurs au projet/programme
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet : plan de management, organigramme des tâches, plan qualité, planning, budget
- Dynamique, rigoureux, travail en équipe et fais preuve de pédagogie dans un milieu pluridisciplinaire
- Aptitude à animer une réunion et trouver les consensus
- Maitrise des outils de planification (sciforma, ms project,..) et de gestion des risques (arengibox)
