Dans le périmètre de l'équipe Global Tech (IT & Digital @Sephora), nous développons au sein de l'équipe Governance Enterprise Services, les process, outils et organisation nécessaire aux outils Back Office (Enterprise Services = Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data, Offer, et RH). En particulier tous ceux qui permettent une meilleure collaboration entre les équipes locales, régionales et globales afin de pouvoir anticiper, planifier, préparer, et mettre en place les projets nécessaires au développement de notre activité. (ex :ouverture de nouveaux pays, nouveaux entrepôts, nouvelles fonctionnalités, outils de gestion opérationnelle, forecasting, budget).
Après une phase d'étude, nous renforçons l'équipe le temps du projet de mise en place de ces nouveaux processus et gouvernance au niveau global, en particulier sur le processus de gestion de la demande.

* Mettre en place des processus en informant, formant, accompagnant les parties prenantes et s'assurer de leur suivi à travers l'établissement d'indicateurs
* Travailler et communiquer à l'international quotidiennement en intégrant les différences culturelles
* Contribuer à la construction d'une équipe globale en collectant les bénéfices réalisés suite à la mise en place des processus
* Animer un comité de suivi de cette mise en place.
* Faire évoluer des outils de gestion informatique et le reporting qui en découle
