**Nous recrutons un OPERATEUR SUR CHAINE (H/F) **sur le secteur BELFORT **(90)**,** **pour un contrat en intérim.
vos missions:
- Réaliser les contrôles de démarrage, en cours, et de fin de production
- Effectuer les vides de ligne et contrôles des vides de ligne pour éviter tout mélange de lots.
- Effectuer les vérifications produits et/ou éléments (objets de conditionnement, produits répartis...) pour obtenir des produits et/ou éléments conformes:
- Respecter les procédures et modes opératoires en vigueur.
- Respecter les critères de conformité et d'acceptabilité.
- Participer et proposer des améliorations lors du +QDC1.
- Alimenter la ligne en articles de conditionnement (notices, étuis, vignettes)
- Alerter en cas de dysfonctionnement son manager.
- Suivre la productivité de la ligne à travers le TRS et en concourant à l'obtention des objectifs TRS du service
- Etre capable d'analyser les causes d'arrêt majeurs sur sa ligne et sur son périmètre d'activité (synthèse pertes horaire et de poste)
- Assurer un rendement et une productivité selon les standards
- Procéder à des interventions courantes tout au long du processus pour éviter un arrêt prolongé des machines.
- Faire intervenir les techniciens en cas de panne et escalade les arrêts de ligne à son responsable.
- Effectuer les opérations de réglages simples (recentrages, déblocages d'éléments,...) et les changements d'articles (PVC, PET)
- Réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau (MN1) et le nettoyage des outils de scellages, découpes)
- Participer aux changements de format en support des techniciens de maintenances.
- Mettre tout en œuvre pour réduire les temps d'arrêt sur la ligne.
- Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles HSE.
