Vous ferez partie d'une équipe de gérants de fonds immobiliers travaillant avec des clients institutionnels. Votre rôle consistera à gérer quotidiennement les fonds, suivre leur valorisation, entretenir les relations avec les investisseurs et les prestataires.
Missions :
- Assister les gérants de fonds dans la gestion des fonds immobiliers non cotés
- Participer à la revue de la valorisation des actifs et à la rédaction des reportings d'activité
- Effectuer la modélisation financière des actifs immobiliers et des fonds d'investissement, ainsi que la préparation de présentations pour la clientèle
- Effectuer des recherches, de la veille concurrentielle et des analyses de marchés
Apport de l'alternance :
Cette expérience vous permettra de collaborer avec des gérants de fonds immobiliers, de comprendre les produits d'investissement immobilier pour une clientèle institutionnelle et d'acquérir une vision globale de la finance immobilière.
