Position: Technical Support Intern (Stagiaire support technique)

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Support Intern to join our Technical and Project Team in Europe. The intern will be responsible for offering technical support to customers utilizing Sunmi Android products and related device management solutions. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical experience in a dynamic, tech-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Sunmi Android terminal users.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues reported by customers.
  • Handle Jira Service Desk tickets and customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct remote support sessions to address device-related issues for users.
  • Document technical problems and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance of new devices and software updates.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and transparent communication.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Teams to identify and implement support process enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Android operating systems and mobile device management.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively in English.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive demeanor and eagerness to learn.
  • Aptitude to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Desk and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus.
