Dans le cadre d'un contrat de Services managés Réseau et Sécurité pour notre Client évoluant dans le secteur aéronautique et spatial, nous constituons les futures équipes sur un périmètre géographique international.
Ces futures équipes opérationnelles auront la charge de la production des services sur les Lignes de service LAN, WAN, Mobilité, Automatisation et Sécurité.
Dans ce contexte, nous recrutons un Team Leader Réseau & Sécurité en Contrat à Durée Indéterminée qui sera basé à Toulouse sur le site de notre Client.
Le Team Leader est le responsable opérationnel et hiérarchique d'une équipe opérationnelle locale. A ce titre, il gère les opérations quotidiennes et fournit aux équipes les moyens et les outils nécessaires à la réalisation des prestations.
Il surveille le bon déroulement des activités et consolide les données de reporting à son niveau géographique de responsabilité.
Il dépend hiérarchiquement du Service Delivery Manager France et opérationnellement de Leader opérationnels (4).

• S'assurer de l'engagement des équipes en ce qui concerne la qualité de service, l'engagement sur temps de traitement / résolution, la sécurité et la sûreté,
• Il prépare et anime les comités opérationnels locaux hebdomadaires opérationnels,
Assurer le reporting de son activité auprès du Service Delivery Manager France.

Le suivi
En tant que manager direct, le Directeur des Opérations vous accompagnera au quotidien et assurera votre bonne intégration au sein de l'équipe et de l'agence toulousaine en anticipant vos premiers pas chez SPIE ICS.
Ce programme d'on-boarding se fait sur site et au travers d'un parcours digitalisé avec des étapes clé, des points d'échanges et des moments de convivialité à l'agence et avec l'équipe projet.

• De formation Technicien ou ingénieur, avec une expérience professionnelle dans la production informatique et de préférence en Réseau & Sécurité
• Expérience validée en termes de pilotage d'équipes
