Responsabilités :

Gestion globale des ressources humaines :

Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie RH en alignement avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Superviser tous les aspects des ressources humaines, y compris la gestion du recrutement, de la formation, de la rémunération, de l'évaluation des performances, du développement professionnel, etc.

Assurer le respect des politiques et des procédures RH et veiller à leur mise à jour régulière.

Recrutement et chasse de talents :

Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de recrutement pour attirer les meilleurs talents, en utilisant une combinaison de canaux de recrutement traditionnels et innovants.

Diriger les efforts de chasse de talents et développer un réseau de candidats potentiels.

Participer activement au processus de recrutement, de la sélection des candidats à leur intégration.

Business Partner RH :

Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes pour comprendre les besoins en matière de ressources humaines et fournir un soutien adapté.

Conseiller et accompagner les managers sur les questions RH, y compris la gestion des performances, le développement des compétences, la gestion des conflits, etc.

Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et proposer des solutions RH innovantes pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise.

Développement des compétences :

Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation et de développement professionnel pour renforcer les compétences des collaborateurs et favoriser leur progression de carrière.

Évaluer les besoins en formation et identifier les opportunités d'apprentissage pertinentes pour les différents départements.

Croissance de l'entreprise :

Contribuer activement à la croissance de l'entreprise en participant à la Gestion prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences et en veillant à ce que les ressources humaines soutiennent efficacement cette croissance.

Mettre en place des processus et des structures organisationnelles évolutifs pour accompagner la transition de la startup de la série A à la série B et au-delà.

Profil recherché

Bac+5 Ecole de commerce / IAE avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines

Plus de 7 années d'expérience dans les ressources humaines et à minima une première expérience réussie sur un poste de direction , de préférence dans une entreprise industrielle/technique ou en démarrage.

Expertise en recrutement et en chasse de talents, avec une capacité démontrée à identifier et à attirer des profils hautement qualifiés.

Capacité à comprendre les métiers et les enjeux de chacun pour proposer des solutions RH adaptées.

Orienté.e résultats, avec une forte capacité à prendre des décisions stratégiques et à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive.

Maîtrise de l'anglais , niveau C1 car l'ambition de Niryo est internationale.
