Le studio est reconnu internationalement pour ses expériences narratives uniques mettant en avant des histoires fortes et des personnages attachants.
DON'T NOD recherche un-e Technical Director pour rejoindre ses équipes sur le développement d'un jeu encore non-annoncé. Rattaché-e à l'Executive Producer, vous êtes responsable de la faisabilité technique du projet et endossez un rôle de manager. Vous êtes en contact quotidien avec les Leads des équipes de production pour définir et suivre les objectifs du projet. Pour cela, vous déterminez ensemble les budgets, les requis techniques et les contraintes du projet. Vous contribuez également à l'élaboration de la stratégie technique, de la roadmap du projet et des pipelines de build des datas et des niveaux. Dans le cadre du suivi de production, vous assurez le workflow des programmeurs et vous vous assurez que les lignes directrices techniques sont suivies par les codeurs et les artistes. Garant de la bonne avancée du projet, vous assurez la fluidité des échanges d'informations entre les équipes mais aussi auprès de l'éditeur et la direction.
Issu-e d'une formation technique, vous justifiez d'au moins 8 ans d'expérience, dont au moins une expérience sur des fonctions de Lead/Director. Vous maîtrisez le langage C++ et avez contribué au développement de jeux sur Unreal Engine. Vous avez un niveau technique avancé en anglais (lu, parlé, écrit). Vous savez vous adapter aux évolutions rencontrées dans la conduite d'un projet et le management d'équipe.
