Descriptif du poste Aujourd'hui, nous recherchons un Développeur Web Full-Stack, ayant plus de 2 ans d'expérience, afin d'accompagner la montée en compétences de notre équipe tech.
Celui-ci aura pour rôle de mener des projets de développement sur la plateforme actuelle de Fleet.
Au sein de l'équipe Tech de Fleet, il sera responsable du développement des nouvelles fonctionnalités et de leur intégration sur la plateforme actuelle :
Tu es capable de rédiger les spécifications techniques de tes projets à partir de besoins métier
Tu es capable d'arbitrer sur des décisions techniques de manière pragmatique (choix de techno, prestataire, build vs buy, etc...)
Tu es capable de livrer des projets de qualité en définissant toi même les délais et en assurant leur QA
Tu es capable de manager un développeur junior et de piloter ses projets et son calendrier
Tu sers de mentor aux développeurs moins expérimentés et pousse tes collègues vers le haut
Tu sais travailler avec une équipe Product et tu as une vision client-centric
Les projets :
Développement de notre produit MDM basé sur la plateforme Vmware
Amélioration de notre app pour l'adapter à des parcs de matériel plus importants
Développement de nos outils internes : process d'achat, KYB, gestion de contrats, de facturation, etc...
Amélioration de nos outils de Sales & Marketing (tracking, retargeting, mailings, automations, reporting, etc...)
Amélioration des process tech internes : mise en place de tests unitaires, d'intégration continue, de gestion d'erreurs (Sentry), de logging

Profil recherché Tu as une première expérience réussie en start-up ou scale-up
