Master Data Manager

HM.CLAUSE recrute dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée indéterminée un Master Data Manager (H/F) basé.e sur son site de Portes-Lès-Valence.
De manière générale, le Master Data Manager (H/F) a la charge de l'administration de notre système de données références. Il est le référent sur la gestion de la donnée transverse et le garant du bon respect de ses règles de gestion.
Ses principales missions s'articulent autour de 5 grands axes
1. Structuration et Gestion de la donnée
- Veiller au respect des règles et nomenclatures associées à la sémantique d'entreprise.
- S'assurer du fonctionnement optimal de la solution technique et de son évolution.
- Etre le point de contact pour toute interaction / urbanisation avec le système MDM, afin d'en maitriser les potentiels effets de bord et interfaces.
- Mettre en place et faire respecter des processus clairs de gestion de la donnée de référence métier.
2. Pertinence et fiabilité de la donnée BU
- Cartographier les schémas de données d'HM.CLAUSE.
- Superviser les actions sur la qualité des données de référence et être le garant de la qualité de nos données de référence, mettre en place des KPIs de suivi.
3. Accompagnement opérationnel du Business
- Accompagner et aider les responsables métiers à formaliser leurs besoins, traduire les besoins métiers en cahier des charges fonctionnels pour le domaine référentiel.
- Être force de proposition et de challenge du métier dans un but de standardisation et d'alignement.
- Coordonner les phases de tests (UAT).
4. Animation communautaire
- Etre en constante relation avec la population des Domain Leaders des départements métiers, ainsi que la population des Business Analysts.
5. Approche globale et transverse
- Apporter une dimension stratégique dans la réflexion sur l'évolution du schéma d'urbanisation globale (grâce à son positionnement central dans le paysage SI)
- Etre partie prenante des différents projets informatiques, permettant à la fois repositionner le MDM afin d'en obtenir la meilleure valeur, mais également d'intégrer des évolutions en relation avec les besoins des autres systèmes et des métiers.
- S'assurer d'un alignement cohérent du système avec celui des Business Unit soeurs au sein de la branche potagère du Groupe.
Profil recherché
Vous êtes titulaire d'un master ou tout autre diplôme équivalent en système d'information, gestion de base de données ou gestion de projets.
Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 années d'expériences dont une première expérience dans la mise en place ou le maintien en conditions Opérationnelles d'un système de Master Data Management.
Idéalement, vous avez une expérience en Business Intelligence et/ou ETL/interfaçage des SI.
Vous êtes ouvert, polyvalent et force de proposition.
Pragmatique et méthodique, vous travaillez en mode "projet" dans les règles de l'art et savez gérer les priorités de manière autonome.
Excellent relationnel, écoute et sens du service sont vos principaux atouts pour le succès dans votre mission. Ils sont complétés par votre rigueur et votre esprit de synthèse.
Enfin, vous maitrisez impérativement l'anglais afin de pouvoir négocier et convaincre mais également car c'est la langue de travail principale.
Toutes ces qualités vous permettront de vous intégrer facilement et d'évoluer dans une équipe polyculturelle, sympathique et bienveillante.
