**En lien avec votre Directeur de restaurant, vous**:
- Participez au pilotage du restaurant en veillant à son bon fonctionnement au quotidien (ouverture et fermeture, gestion de la caisse, contrôle marchandise )
- Assurez un service client de qualité tout en proposant un accueil personnalisé à l'ensemble des clients.
- Intégrez, formez et motivez les équipes en partageant les valeurs de l'entreprise.
- Êtes garant de la propreté du shop et du respect des normes d'hygiènes et de sécurité.
**Vous avez**:
- Une première expérience dans le secteur de la restauration rapide sur un poste similaire (assistant manager, leader, chef d'équipe, équipier expert, formateur...)
- Profil débutant accepté.
- Un tempérament positif et dynamique, le sens du service client, le goût du travail en équipe.
- A cœur d'offrir à nos clients la meilleure expérience gourmande possible car nous croyons que les moments qui comptent s'accompagnent de la nourriture que l'on aime.
**Nous vous proposons**:
- Un emploi stable : CDI uniquement, statut agent de maîtrise.
- Rémunération mensuelle : 2002, ,38 Brut.
- **Autant que faire se peut des horaires en continu sans coupure **(en fonction des contraintes opérationnelles du restaurant).
- La possibilité d'avoir **2 jours de repos consécutifs le samedi et le dimanche** au moins **une fois par mois **(en fonction des contraintes opérationnelles du restaurant).
- **Possibilité de piloter en autonomie votre rémunération grâce à notre partenaire Stairwage (possibilité de vous rémunérer en cours de mois jusqu'à 4 fois à l'issue de votre période d'essai).**:
