La Business Unit Constructions Neuves France accompagne le groupe EDF dans le cadre des programmes d'investissement du Grand Carénage pour l'extension de durée de vie des centrales existantes et ses projets de nouveaux réacteurs, de la conception jusqu'à la construction et la mise en service.
En support des équipes d'ingénierie d'EDF, nos switchers interviennent à tous les stades de la réalisation des plus grands projets nucléaires : finalisation du projet Flamanville 3 et son passage en exploitation, réalisation du projet Hinkley Point C (Angleterre), conception et préparation des projets EPR2 (France) et Sizewell C (Angleterre).
Description du poste
ASSYSTEM renforce ses équipes et recrute un(e) Contract Manager ayant pour mission le suivi des évènements contractuels entre le donneur d'ordre anglais (NNB) et le responsable de l'ingénierie de l'îlot nucléaire situé en France (Edvance). Ce contrat concerne la réalisation des études d'ingénierie du projet de la centrale nucléaire situé à Hinckley Point (HPC). A ce titre, votre fonction consistera à:
- Réaliser le suivi des évènements contractuels spécifiques aux contrats NEC : les risques (EW), les réclamations et contre-réclamation (CE), les activités additionnels (TQ) et le suivi et la modification des jalons contractuels,
- Elaborer en conséquence, des stratégies, parades et postures à mettre en œuvre pour servir au mieux les intérêts d'Edvance,
- Consolider et assurer la traçabilité de l'ensemble des évènements contractuels et informations nécessaires pour un pilotage efficient du contrat, notamment par la création et le suivi des indicateurs du contrat,
- Assurer le pilotage de ces évènements par la préparation et l'animation de réunions périodiques avec NNB,
- Analyser les communications entrantes et rédaction de courriers contractuels,
- Réaliser la gestion des interfaces avec NNB en assurant le respect des délais contractuels. Vous êtes en interface avec la direction technique et le contrôle de projet d'HPC d'Edvance ainsi qu'avec le Client NNB.
**Qualifications**:
De formation Bac+5, université ou école d'ingénieur, vous avez au minimum trois ans d'expérience dans la gestion ou le pilotage de contrat/projet.
Vous avez démontré durant vos expériences professionnelles des qualités d'aptitude au travail en équipe, une bonne aisance relationnelle, des capacités d'analyse et un esprit de synthèse.
Vous avez également un anglais opérationnel.
